One Injured in Cincinnati Truck Accident on I-75

A Cincinnati truck accident involving a car and two semi trucks leaves one woman with injuries when her car is clipped by one of the tractor-trailers. The incident took place at approximately 5:30 AM on Tuesday morning, December 22, 2009, along the busy Interstate 75.
The accident occurred on the southbound I-75 at the Galbraith on-ramp when the unidentified car was clipped by a semi tractor-trailer. The collision caused her car to spin out of control and was eventually t-boned by a second tractor-trailer. The force of the second impact caused her car to flip over, injuring the woman.
Rescue workers transported the unidentified woman to a nearby hospital where she was treated for injuries sustained in the crash. The woman was described by officials on the scene as injured but alert. No other details about her injuries were made known.
Morning commuters along the I-75 were inconvenienced for several hours while emergency crews removed the vehicles and cleaned debris from the accident. The affected lanes were reopened later that morning.
The Cincinnati truck wreck is still under investigation by local authorities. Officials have not released any information as to who was at fault, causing the accident along I-75.
