Oldham County Accident Claims Life of Motorcyclist and Father of ThreePosted on Aug 08, 2011
Oldham police said that the accident occurred at the intersection of Ky. 146 and Floydsburg Road at around 10:00 at night. Tooley, of Louisville, was riding a Suzuki motorcycle and was wearing his jacket, boots, and motorcycle helmet at the time of the crash.
18-year-old Laura J. Lindsey, of Crestwood, was the other driver involved in this accident. She was driving a Nissan Maxima and did not appear to have any injuries following the wreck.
Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
Tooley was the Kentucky state representative for the Ruff Ryders Motorcycle Club, a loving husband to his wife, and was expecting to be a father again with his wife being eight months pregnant. He was also loved by his neighbors and the community, which is why many neighbors are helping his wife during her time of need.
The law office of Schachter, Hendy, & Johnson is saddened to hear of this fatal Kentucky crash and would like to extend its condolences to Tooley's wife, children, family and friends, and wish them strength during this difficult time.
