Men's Journal: New Risks of Testosterone Therapy

Posted on Nov 20, 2013

The Men's Journal warns that a new study has linked testosterone replacement therapy with serious cardiovascular risks. A study of more than 8,700 men diagnosed with low testosterone found that those who received injections or other testosterone-boosting products were 30 percent more likely to suffer a heart attack, stroke, or death.

Men who took testosterone drugs, like AndroGel, Androderm, Axiron, or Testrim, and suffered a heart attack or stroke are pursuing lawsuits. If you or a loved one suffered a heart attack or stroke after undergoing testosterone replacement therapy, please call our office for a free consultation.
