Erlanger Car Accident Leaves Construction Worker Injured

An Erlanger car accident involving a construction trailer leaves a construction worker injured after a vehicle slams into the trailer. The incident took place at approximately 10:30 AM on Monday morning, March 1, 2010, along an I-75 ramp.
According to Erlanger police, Randall Manley, 62, of Carlisle, was struck while standing alongside a construction trailer on the northbound I-75 ramp to the westbound I-275. The vehicle slammed into the back of the trailer causing the trailer to hit Manley. The vehicle then struck a third vehicle
Erlanger Life Squad transported Manley to a local hospital where he was treated for injuries sustained in the accident. His injuries have been described as non-life threatening.
The driver of the vehicle that hit the construction trailer has been identified as Kevin Baker, 39, of Florence. Fortunately, Baker was not injured in the accident.
There was no information available concerning the driver of the third vehicle.
According to reports, Manley was placing a caution arrow on the left side of the road when he was hit.
The Erlanger accident is still under investigation by the Erlanger Police Department.
