Hydrocephalus: Know the Signs of this Kentucky Birth Injury

There are many types of birth injuries that a newborn can suffer, including hydrocephalus. Hydrocephalus occurs when there is an abnormal accumulation of cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) due to the brain’s inability to absorb or drain the CSF through the brain’s ventricles.
