FDA Required a New Clinical Study

Comments (0)

On February 29, 2016 the FDA ordered Bayer to conduct a new study to determine safety risks and injuries associated with Essure. The data from the study will be used to understand complications from the birth control system including pelvic pain, device migration, uterus puncturing, and other injuries. The FDA will use the results of the study to determine what further actions will be taken to protect public health.

If you or a loved one suffered tubal/uterus puncturing, bleeding, or other injuries from Essure, please call our experienced products liability attorneys at (888) 606-5297 for a free consultation about your Essure lawsuit.
