At least 7 people have died and 57 people have been injured as a result of receiving a drug that was supposed to help them. The drug at issue is methylprednisolone acetate, a steroid, that was manufactured by the New England Compounding Center. It is currently believed that the drug was contaminated with a fungus. Federal health officials are attempting to contact all patients who were injected with this steroid. This contamination could have been detected by simple safety and quality assurance testing.

Holding New England Compounding Responsible

If you or someone you love was a victim of a contaminated and dangerous drug like New England Compounding's methylprednisolone acetate, it is important to protect your rights and seek justice. By holding a negligent drug company responsible for their actions, inactions, and wrongdoing, you can obtain justice and reduce the chances of someone else suffering in the same way.
