The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced that there are now 14 deaths in 170 cases of meningitis caused by a contaminated steroid manufactured by the New England Compounding Center. This marks the fifth straight day that the CDC has reported an increase in the number of reported cases of meningitis. Victims have been reported in Indiana, Ohio, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Holding New England Compounding Responsible

If you or someone you love was a victim of a contaminated and dangerous drug like New England Compounding's methylprednisolone acetate, it is important to protect your rights and seek justice. By holding a negligent drug company responsible for their actions, inactions, and wrongdoing, you can obtain justice and reduce the chances of someone else suffering in the same way.

At the law office of Schachter, Hendy & Johnson, we believe in holding pharmaceutical companies accountable for causing you or a family member dangerous side effects or fatal injuries. For more information or for help pursuing a steroid injury lawsuit, call a caring and skilled dangerous drug attorney for a free consultation today at (888) 606-5297 or (859) 578-4444.
